It is that time of year again...the time when all of TiER1 gets together for two days of team building, reviewing the past year while looking to the future, and lots of fun. This year, we all traveled to Pittsburgh (yes, five hours on a bus together was quite enjoyable...seriously). We had a great time visiting the Andy Warhol Museum, hanging out with our friends we don't get to see everyday - and even those that we do - and running around Pittsburgh. Our theme was Get to the Point, so our final destination was The Point!
It was a great way to unwind as a group and rejuvenate for the coming...

There is a $5 suggested donation at the door. The money raised supports five key areas in the fight against breast cancer:
- Medical research
- Access to treatment
- Screening and diagnosis
- Support services
- Education and awareness

As meeting facilitators and trainers, we’re taught to engage the audience. We use the Socratic Method, move around the room, and scan students’ faces to get feedback on how we’re doing. We can tell if we are going too fast, too slow, and whether our attendees have stopped paying attention.
