TiER1 has partnered with Gateway Community College to develop the first Associate Degree Program for Instructional Design and Learning Technologies. The two-year program will teach students skills including web and graphic design, web development, technical writing and project management.

TiER1 Performance Solutions announced today that they received a Phase I Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) award from the Air Force Research Laboratory (ARFL). The Phase I contract, called Competency-based Adaptive Training System (CATS), will develop a system to derive a learner’s competence from many sources such as assessments, high-end simulations, and peer review.
