TiER1 Performance Solutions announced today that Paul Gelter has joined their team as Chief Operating Officer. Paul brings over 30 years’ experience in operational management and consulting.

Gelter’s role will be integral as TiER1 continues to expand into different markets. He will concentrate on leadership and management, operational scalability and client support for the organization.    “As a former client, I

Gelter’s past experience includes
serving as Senior Operating Officer for American Modern Insurance Group as well
as 20 years at Accenture, where he was a partner selling and leading large
consulting engagements. He also has extensive experience in implementing
various information systems and process improvements.
