TiER1 has three new amazing employees who we are very excited to have on our team! Read more about each of them below.
Monika is our new official recruiter! A self-proclaimed “people connector”, Monika thrives on finding the right people for their dream jobs.
Outside of work, Monika is a board member at The Carnegie Center for the Arts, as well as Scholastic Relations chair for AdClub Cincinnati. She’s active in the community, volunteering her time with organizations such as the Red Cross and Bacchanalian Society. She’s also an adjunct instructor at Cincinnati State. Social media is another passion, so you can find Monika on Twitter (@redkatblonde). Does this girl ever sleep? Yes, but like most of us at TiER1, she loves her coffee!

Tammy is married to Tim, and they share two ‘kids’ (boxer dogs) named Bomber and Belle . Tammy enjoys spending time with her family, her ‘kids’, and motorcycle riding. She also likes to play X-Box, Wii, and playing cards (Euchre, Spades, SkipBo, Uno, Gin Rummy, and the like).
Mark adds yet another member to the growing DAAP posse. A graduate of the graphic design program, Mark has spent his career in the branding & strategy world – from advertising with Wrigley and Cincinnati Bell, new product innovation with P&G and Pepsico to brand strategy & development with LensCrafters. Mark hails from Loveland, where his family of ten brothers and sisters were responsible for a good deal of the population. He has recently moved to Milford where he resides with his wife Jill, 5-year-old daughter Joceyln and 3-year-old son Braden. His hobbies mostly revolve around his children, but he is involved in a program at his church to promote awareness and action toward various forms of modern-day slavery. Mark recently returned from a mission trip to Thailand for OneSight at Luxottica. Pretty cool, huh?
