Covington, KY & Pittsburgh, PA – July 1, 2010 – TiER1 Performance Solutions, a leading provider of learning, knowledge and change management solutions announced today the acquisition of Motionplan, Inc., a custom training development company located outside of Pittsburgh, PA.

Motionplan’s expertise in custom training design and development complements and extends TiER1’s existing capabilities in this area. “Motionplan is known in the industry for the quality of their solutions”, said Harmeyer. “This acquisition will extend our capacity and capability while opening new clients to the breadth of learning, knowledge and change management solutions we provide.”

Feniello will remain in place as the Managing Director for the Pittsburgh office and all other personnel are expected to remain with the firm.
